What should I put in the first message?
Location, rough square footage, what the space is now and what it needs to become, and your target opening date. A floor plan or lease exhibit speeds things up a lot, even a rough one.
I am a design firm. How do we start?
Say so in the enquiry and describe the package you want covered. We will send an NDA before you share anything client-identifiable, then quote against a written scope.
How soon can you start?
It depends on current load, but scoping calls are usually available within a few days and drawing work can typically begin one to two weeks after a scope is signed.
Do you travel for site visits?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Travel is quoted separately and we try to cover survey and coordination in a single visit.
